My Why

Outside of building NuRev Peptides, I’ve always believed that growth comes from challenging yourself. Long before becoming an entrepreneur, one of my greatest passions was competing in triathlons, a demanding combination of open-water ocean swimming, cycling, and distance running that pushes both the body and the mind. Crossing a finish line was never just about fitness; it was about proving to myself that I was capable of more than I thought possible.

As the years passed, life naturally changed. Marriage, raising a family, and building businesses became my priorities. Like so many people, I slowly put my own health on the back burner. While growing Curita Labs, I gained more than 50 pounds and eventually found myself unable to compete at the level I once loved. Losing the ability to compete in a triathlon wasn’t just losing a hobby, it felt like losing a part of who I was, while the metals dangled and collected dust in the garage.

That experience became deeply personal.

My mission was never simply to lose weight. It was to reclaim my health, rediscover the person I had become disconnected from, and earn my way back to another triathlon starting line. Today, modern medical advancements have given me the opportunity to pursue that goal, but the work still belongs to me. Every workout, every healthy decision, and every small victory is another step toward becoming the person I know I’m capable of being.

More importantly, I want my children to see that no matter your age, your circumstances, or how far you’ve drifted from your goals, it is never too late to fight your way back. I want them to understand that discipline, resilience, and perseverance matter more than perfection. I don’t want them to remember the version of me who accepted limitations, I want them to remember the father who proved that it’s never too late to become who you were meant to be.

That philosophy extends far beyond my own journey. It is the same mindset that drives NuRev Peptides every day.
